The H-3 Training Visa allows a foreign national to enter the United States to receive training from a US company.  However, you may not come for a graduate program or medical training and the training cannot be available in the trainee's home country.  An added benefit is that you can bring your spouse as well as unmarried children under the age of 21 on the H-4 Visa.
